Morgan\, Ph.D.\, is the Harry and Marion Royer Eberly Fellow and Professor of Education and Demography\, Department of Education Policy Studies at Pennsylvania State University\, University Park\, PA.  \nDr. Paul Morgan received his Ph.D. from Vanderbilt University\, Nashville\, TN\, his Master’s from the University of Virginia\, Charlottesville\, VA\, and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon\, Eugene\, OR.    \nDr. Morgan’s research focuses on cognition\, human development\, learning processes\, educational policy\, race and ethnicity\, policy analysis\, quantitative research\, ADHD\, early intervention\, inclusion\, and mild disabilities.   \nDr. Morgan has authored or co-authored over 70 peer-reviewed publications including empirical studies appearing in Educational Researcher\, Educational Evaluation and Policy Analysis\, Child Development\, Developmental Psychology\, Pediatrics\, and the Journal of Child Psychology and Psychiatry.  His work has been funded by the Institute of Education Sciences\, the National Science Foundation\, and the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development\, and the Spencer Foundation.
