DESCRIPTION:The purpose of this Grant is to encourage the improvement of total education for exceptional children as defined by the Illinois Council for Exceptional Children (ICEC).  The Grant is used to fund projects where local funding may not be available. Grant applicants are highly encouraged to seek local resources (School PTA\, building budget\, local foundations\, and community businesses) for possible partial funding of their project.  The maximum monetary from the Ray Graham Award is Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). Past recipients may apply again.
