Blackhawk  – Chapter #48 – Quad Cities Area

The chapter has been helping with Quad City School Districts Special Olympics and “Challenger Programs.” The chapter is working out details to provide teachers with an opportunity to receive grant money to continue their educational programs when expenses are not met through the school districts’ budgets.
